We had everything we needed. Very well equipped and clean. Plenty of beach gear and easy to access the shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Mahalo, Luxe properties. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We're are Maui and I work in Wailea so it was nice to be close by and enjoy. I enjoy cooking in the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make all my family's meals beautiful touches in the decor lovely property and most of all security that's what people pay for is security and privacy. 🔏 Housekeeping was amazing everything was fresh and we had backup blankets which was fantastic having little kids.

We had an amazing time staying here while in Maui. It was wonderful to have some space versus staying in a cramped hotel, and it is still walkable to some great restaurants and shops and just a quick drive away from the local beaches. Very clean and the property team was extremely responsive (within minutes). Oh and the bed sheets were SO SOFT and comfortable. Can't recommend this spot enough!

It’s a nice quiet place in a good location.

This is a very nice place, especially if you are sharing the rental with another couple or with family because of the privacy this place affords you with the split floor plan. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c units were very nice to have. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty nearby.

Good location, close to shops and short drive to beautiful beaches. Also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially great for families. The only issue we encountered was a leak coming from the unit above us that didn’t become apparent until our last day, and the hosts were extremely responsive. But in hindsight, this was probably the cause of an off-putting stench in one of the bedrooms adjacent to a bathroom affected. Unfortunately this may create a larger mold issue but I am hopeful that the property will provide the necessary repairs for future renters.

This place was great! I had a conference at the Grand Wailea which was a short 0.7 mile walk/drive from the property. The condo was $1200 cheaper and WAY roomier! Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was amazing! We spent so much time on the lanai. The beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. The washer and dryer in the bathroom was super convenient. The washer outside needed a little help (I had to manually move it through each cycle) but it got the job done. The pool was very close and the neighbors were friendly. The condo was well equipped, roomy and comfortable. Just a couple of recommendations, but again, I would highly recommend this place. It was a great value and the hosts always responded immediately. Little suggestions: you can’t really watch the TV from bed in the larger room. It would be more convenient on another wall. If you like a lot of ice, you might want to pick some up. The ice trays were cracked. I’d also recommend three bins for recycling. Thanks!

Comfortable unit and bedding with stocked kitchen and beach accessories. Close to main attractions and restaurants. Great customer service. Only slight issue was the plumbing (toilet unable to flush, low shower pressure, water took long to get heated).

Terrific at responding, clean place, great location, well stocked kitchen, good separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. Place needs some TLC or updating to properly be marketed as luxury but overall good. Good size for a family of 4 to 6. All to beach/shops or very cheap uber ride

The apartment was excellent. It was spacious, well furnished and elegantly decorated. As mentioned in other reviews, it's a 2-in-1 deal: two separate apartments (one 1-bedroom and one studio) connected together, but each equipped with separate entrances. In total, there are 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms. This is a great setup when travelling with family. While it's located on the ground floor, it is very private, we never saw any of the neighbors while we were there. The outside patio is a great place to relax, next to some beautiful flowers. The apartment is part of the Wailea Grand Champions complex, a private and very safe area of Maui. Despite being away from main roads, there are good restaurants within walking distance and its easy to reach Wailea mall, as well as several excellent beaches within a short 5 minute drive. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Great location, good place to stay with family.

A good location for a peaceful vacation spot. Positive: Quiet environment and restful. Pool was clean and well kept. Great beach equipment, mahalo. Negative: The bedding temperature was warm perhaps climate controlled sheets maybe resourceful in high humidity. The one bedroom without curtains was difficult to sleep with outside lighting coming through screen over windows.

We found the place to be very spacious and in great place on the island. The property owner was very proactive in communication and even provided us with early check-in.

Response times were very quick. Very clean and tidy. Lush quiet gardens and two pools and hot tubs to choose from with BBQ's and restrooms. Very spacious inside with a full kitchen and supplies for cooking. Plenty of towels and even beach towels and a few supplies for going to the beach for use. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

My family of 3 stayed here. It was perfect for a small family. The separate bedrooms were also helpful for sleeping arrangements and noise control. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Location was perfect. My daughter (4) loved coloring on the terrace and we enjoyed the privacy of our apartment.

We will definitely book this place again. We loved the place. Air conditioning and fans worked perfectly to cool the whole place. Beautiful view from the living room sliding glass doors.

It looks like the property is actually two 1-bedroom units combined—it had two kitchens, two balconies, and two separate entrances. The layout was spacious, but the place could use a bit of attention. The fridge definitely needed a deep clean. One of the freezers had what looked like mold, and the second refrigerator wasn’t in great shape either. After checking in, I had to go back and submit car details to the apartment manager, but the instructions for that weren’t very clear. I ended up driving around for 10–15 minutes at night before I found a security guard who helped point me in the right direction. On the positive side, the unit came stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and even snorkeling gear (which we didn’t use), and those little touches were thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, the space was roomy with plenty of beds. I’d suggest reducing the clutter in the larger bedroom, especially around the microwave area. The host was fantastic and the experience overall was good

This was the perfect place for our first family vacation in a long time! The bedrooms were are on opposite sides of the condo so my 14 year old son had his own spacious room and bathroom, and my husband and I had the other bedroom which had a bathroom, mini kitchen. and refrigerator. Everything was clean . A/C worked great. Comfy beds. The kitchen was immaculate. Nice furniture and huge tv - easy to find movies to watch. Nicely decorated. Very private and quiet Close to shopping and harbors. Took scuba diving lessons - 3 minutes away, Molokini island snorkeling boat trip was only 7 minutes to the dock parking lot. Great sunset dinner boat excursion was 30 minutes away. We hit Costco on the way from the airport and stocked up the fridge so easy to save money from eating out. 5 stars! The garden view out of the sliding glass doors was beautiful and private with two little outside eating areas - very relaxing. We never heard a neighbor next door or upstairs. Close to pool and BBQ area
