Very relaxing place to stay Positive: Breakfast was good. Great way to start your day. We loved the atmosphere. Lived how quick and easy it was to check in and check out. Definitely would recommend to family & friends.

The place is cozy and as pictured, though it felt smaller in person, which might be my interpretation. The first-floor room was a bit stuffy since the window couldn't be opened, and we had issues with the air conditioner. Though we used the remote to turn it on, it didn’t seem to actually work—there was no fan or cooling. This made the room feel even more stuffy overnight. For a better experience, I’d recommend staying in a second-floor room where ventilation might be better.

The property room had clear instructions and was easy to enter. The room was clean and stocked with amenities. It did have a slight mildew smell but it is Hawai’i so could just be the humidity. We only stayed one evening, at the end of our trip, as this was close to the airport. It checked all the boxes we needed.

I wanted a place for a short stay while I explored North Maui and the stay at the historic inn was exactly what I needed. Tastefully decorated room with a big clean bathroom. Simple checkIn and checkout process and plenty of parking space inside the compound. If you are looking for something between a hotel and a home airbnb, you should take a look at this place.

My husband and I definitely loved this beautiful hotel, we had chosen it as a starting point for our trip. It’s a very emotional place that embraces you from the first minute. The hotel is new and very (ultra!) stylish. Breakfast is delicious, room has everything you need. When we arrived we were delighted by the smell on the territory.... The fragrance of flowers is incredible, it’s better than any luxurious perfume 🤩🥰 The pretty well-kept garden with a huge variety of plants and flowers we liked more than the botanical garden on Maui 😁 We are over the moon 🌺💞 Mahalo

Overall a nice place to stay. Make sure you clarify your arrival time or you may be stuck outside. The text I got said 3:30 but AirBNB said 4. The space was clean and welcoming, however, they failed to install a vent in the bathroom which means if you take a steamy shower be prepared for it to go off. Even still, I would stay here again.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice! The breakfast was delicious! Negative: I really needed a late check out but they weren’t able to accommodate stating the property was full although I really didn’t see many people at all.

The photos were misleading as we had expected that all of the photos would be something that were in our room, but this was not to be the case. It's actually a small room with a shared common space, shared backyard without a kitchen. We were very grateful for breakfast that is served strictly from 8 to 9 am. Given that we had a commitment at that time we asked if a plate could be set aside for us or we could come before as well. We were told no for either option and that we would have to physically be there 8 to 9 or else we would need to miss breakfast entirely. Location is far from the beach, any water activities or town centers but if you want something quiet and zen then this is the place as it has tropical lush gardens. Overall the cleanliness and nature were overshadowed by the lack of flexibility or hospitality. We missed our old Maui airbnb tremendously and moved back there.

Beautiful, charming airbnb! The hosts were great with communication and instructions. Very close to the airport and short drive to restaurants and shops.

Such a wonderful, relaxing place I was so pleased with the place that I have to recommend it to everyone! The attention to detail. The kind and helpful staff. The beautiful grounds. Everything was clean and decorative. I will always stay here when I return to Maui. It is beautiful and wonderful!

Fantastic Stay & Fantastic Property We took a spontaneous trip to Wailuku and called to see about availability. Ramu and the staff took amazing care of us. We loved our room and spent time in the gorgeous outdoor garden and porch. The whole property has been refreshed and such a blend of history and modern touches. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!
