This is a fantastic place with beautiful views, and the unit is exactly as shown in the photos—well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were wonderful: proactive, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their clear instructions made everything seamless from start to finish, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our trip. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

The location was great. Short walk to the beach, Starbucks, marina, and local shops. Overall the kids had a great time. There was a place to rent snorkel gear and take excursions, so everyone had a lot to do!

We had a good visit. The condo is in a central location for traveling around the island. It was clean and well furnished. Linens and towels were new and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. On cooler, breezy days, the windows can all be opened and keep the whole space cool without even needing the AC. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. Kitchen is well supplied with nice hospitality touches and everything you need to cook. The condo is located within walking distance of Starbucks, the Maui Ocean Center, a local coffee shop and cafe with great breakfast offerings, and a few restaurants. The only frustrating thing about our stay was that we couldn’t use the pool area that was advertised due to it being under repair and renovation after the recent earthquake and listening to the construction sounds during that time. However, management had made arrangements to be able to use the neighboring pool and we were able to get a key and do that instead. Overall good stay.

The location is central and convenient to several great areas on the island. It’s peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Starbucks, harbor shops and a small beach park at the end of the street. The condo itself is spacious and has a breathtaking view from the lanai. We loved watching all the surfers and sea turtles! If you’re looking for 3 bedrooms with a view, this condo is perfect for you.

This place was amazing!! The teams response was always super quick, I was very impressed! They reached out to us before we arrived, during our trip and once again when we arrived home. The condo was just like in the pictures and the huge!! balcony was nothing short of amazing!! The area is very peaceful and the view of the ocean can't be beat!! There is a sandy beach within a short walking distance. It was so much fun to walk around and see the turtles swimming close to shore. There is a great pool on the property as well. This condo is in the best location! Such a close driving distance to the airport and other areas but far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing. As a travel advisor I've stayed in many places and am super picky. This condo easily gets a 5 star rating for the condo as well as how easily it was to communicate with the team the whole trip and even before our trip. Don't hesitate to stay here-you will love every minute of it! 🌺

We arrived on the island just after the Kona storm that flooded the island. Our other VRBO rental told us that we could no longer stay at our place due to the flooding. The other agency did nothing to help us find another place. That’s where

Property was exactly as described. Great view of ocean. Centrally located for convenient access to different parts of the island. Interactions with property management were smooth. Major storm knocked out power night prior our departure, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to hold that against anyone but the weather.

The stay was pretty awesome. It was too windy when we visited so could not spend a lot of time outdoors but the view is exactly like it was described. Host was pretty responsive and catered to most of our requests.

Amazing Stay

Our party of 7 stayed at the property very comfortably. I picked the place because it was newly renovated and close to the harbor where we had booked our activities. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and clean which is what I look for the most. The beds were also clean and comfortable. AC was in every room and worked well. Washer/dryer were clean and convenient. The view was amazing all day long. The management team were very proactive and responsive from days before we checked in to days after we checked out. It really shows that they care for this property and care that we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui.

The space is lovely! My family and I had such a relaxing stay and got the added bonus of watching the sea turtles from our patio. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment itself was as described, well appointed & decorated & end of the block so very quiet & plenty of room for 2 adults & 3 teenagers. Balcony got lots of use. Good wifi & TV had Netflix, Disney etc. Kitchen well stocked with utensils & condiments. Waterfront (saw turtles on the 1st day) and the apartment block is well maintained. Free parking onsite. Location is central and a handy drive to western & eastern beaches & resorts (20-30min). 2-3 local restaurant options in walking distance incl a very good pizza restaurant. Maui Ocean Centre next door & well worth a visit.

It was great, other than the enjoyable moment we were allowed at the pool. Other than the complaints we received when enjoying time at the pool from couples, everything was great, be side that time.

Great place to stay on maui

This condo is a great find! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and in a great location. It’s very well stocked—everything you need to cook great meals if you don’t want to go out. The outdoor balcony is great for watching the sunrise over the water while sipping your tea, or enjoying a dinner al fresco. The location is close to the harbor where there are some good restaurants (go to Havens for the happy hour food menu!), and centrally located to drive to many places on the island. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect oceanside experience This is the perfect place if you're not into the Kaanapali resort scene. It's off the beaten path, and that to us is a wonderful thing. The unit is great for larger families or a group of good friends. There are many amenities such as a drip coffee maker and water boiler. There's a public beach just down the road, easily walkable if you're not packing a lot of stuff along with you. Otherwise just take the car. This is one of those places I almost hate to leave a glowing review for because I selfishly want it to be available the next time we come to Maui. Highly recommended.

Great location in the center of everything and walkable to Starbucks and Harbor restaurants. Perfect spot for outings for whale watching and snorkeling. We truly were able to watch the whales from the lanai, which was amazing!

Family Vacation It was an amazing location, to hear the sound of the ocean out on the lanai was so incredibly soothing.The ice machine stopped working when we were there, we let them know and it was serviced and got it working very quick.Safeway is 15 minutes away which has lots of good choices. It has 3 separate bedrooms which was so good for our family.

This place will be memorable for the ocean view as it is spectacular! The condo was fine and the host was responsive and helpful. We did find a few bugs in the bathroom and living room but otherwise, condo is well kept. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful views, very comfortable, felt at home. We walked to breakfast and dinner and took a snorkeling trip from the harbor. Saw a whale in the bay our last day, will stay again.

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It's close to everything, including a very quiet and secluded beach. We had even booked a few excursions from the Ma'alaea harbor (a very quick 5 minute walk from the condo), which made everything super convenient. Host was very responsive. The views are unmatched. Will definitely stay again.

Great place and location. Finding the place was easy and getting in convenient via keypad. Early check-in was not available unfortunately.

Beautiful location with amazing views Good: The view is amazing. You can hear the waves crashing all night long. The location is not really busy and is 15 minutes from everything you will need. We walked up to the shops by the aquarium and had the best shave ice on the island. The pool is nice and 8' deep! It is a great family location.Bad: The property is showing some wear and tear. The guest room with the full bed was not too comfortable but the king bed seemed much better. Beach chairs are rusty, and straps are broken. A little paint and touch ups would do a lot.

Beautiful place, the nearest beach is like 5 mins walk. The o ly issue we had is that cool top takes too long to heat so it was difficult to cook breakfast every morning, but other than that the place is great and has everything they post and more. Will stay here again.

Stay is good but we had missing amenity. AC was broken in one room and it was never fixed. This caused trouble for us since we were a big group.

The condo is conveniently located in Maalaea Bay Area. We liked the location because it's easy to get to either side of the island. Close to the airport and walmart. There's a nice beach close by and a Starbucks. You can walk to the harbor shops and Aquarium. The view from the balcony was very nice.

My family and I had a great stay! The unit was nice, new and clean. And the ocean front view was awesome. It was also conveniently near the ocean center and harbor for all our ocean exploration activities. The neighborhood was not overcrowded which is also nice.

A great place in Maui The owner was so great to work with, extremely helpful and responsive. The location is perfect. Theres a lovely aquarium, marina, and restaurants are walking distance (we ate at Tantes twice). We were able to easily visit north and south shores, as well as enjoy a reasonable day trip to Hana. We stayed a full 7 days and with 7 people things could've gotten hairy, but the spacious layout of the condo helped us feel very comfortable. It was very clean, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets were updated. It has a well-appointed kitchen which we did most of our meals from. We made good use of the weber grill by the pool and met some lovely neighbors. We enjoyed coming home at the end of each day to unwind from a busy day. Watching the evening sky and city lights across the bay was one of my favorite things to do on Maui. Another favorite thing to do was sit on the well-manicured grass at the sea wall and watch the big sea turtles. All around spectacular stay!

Great stay in Maalaea! This was my fifth trip to Maui and I had always stayed West Side previously. Due to the tragic fires we kept the plans but changed locations. Maalaea and this condo are a gem! This area of Maui might be my new favorite location due to its excellent close beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, and excellent proximity to the entire island. My family and I had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Rental The location of this property was great. We had to make a last minute move due to the fires, and this worked out greatly to our benefit. It was much more centrally located. The space seemed to be decorated recently enough and wasn’t outdated or overly themed. It was very nice to have a cooler available to pack when we dove the Road to Hana. Our 3 kids enjoyed they each had their own bed and didn’t need to sleep on a rollout couch. As a family of 5 it’s often difficult to find places with enough space for 3 ((almost)) teenagers. We were able to travel lighter because of the washer and dryer and appreciated detergent being there for us. The space was truly stocked with things we needed. There were sugar ants when we arrived and continued to be a problem during the week despite not leaving food out. The guess bath had an odor that wouldn’t leave for the week we were there, so we used the air freshener spray that was available. The master bath shower had a leak spray that points directly to the ceiling leaving water droplets and should probably be addressed sooner rather than later. Overall, this was a fantastic space and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Maalaea VrBO Great property. The property manager was very helpful when we had to modify our reservations because of the fires.

The View! This property is such an amazing view of the ocean. The property is very well maintained. I definitely will be back some day!!!! Josh and Jason are so amazing and helpful!!

Perfect location and views Everything was great! Josh is an excellent host. Only downside is no immediate beach access but we made the easy drive several times.

1st time to Maui The stay in Maui was great. The place was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and had easy access to get to a variety of activities on the island. Beach was within a few minutes of walking but was not a swimmable beach (for newbies) which I didn't fully understand until getting there. Not a major issue as options were only 15 minutes away. Pool was a nice alternative for the kids. We didn't have any needs but Josh responded immediately with any questions. The only recommendation for improving the stay would be better non-stick pans - :-) Making scrambled eggs became a challenge. Otherwise we appreciated the great condo and the ability to do laundry!

Beach area was not as close as we expected Overall good

Perfect all around This place was so perfect for our family vacation! My husband and I brought our 4 teenage to grown kids, our daughter-in-law, and our grandbaby on a family vacation. Instead of spreading out in hotel rooms, I really wanted us to have time together for meals, games, movies, etc. I am SO glad we chose this house! It was the perfect "home base" for the week. The location is great - centrally located to everything. Parking was great. Having laundry in the house was a game changer. Everything we needed was there (seriously, I bought a bundt cake pan because I assumed there wouldnt be one in a vacation rental...I was wrong!). Josh was so helpful getting baby items to us beforehand like a high chair and porta crib. Communication was quick, easy, and always so kind and helpful. We watched whales, sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. This condo is definitely something special and I would book again in a heartbeat! The only (ONLY!!) thing that I could say (more as an FYI, not as a complaint. And only if I HAD to come up with SOMEthing to suggest as an improvement) would be that the pans in the kitchen have seen better days. They got the job done, but if that's important to you, grab one at Target on the way from the airport. 10/10 would recommend this property...it's a little slice of heaven on earth. We made some really awesome family memories here that I will treasure forever!

Maui haven The condo was in a great location as we did day trips north and south of here. Everything was as the profile. Great balcony to sit and listen to the waves. Property was in a nice neighborhood close to shopping.

Great vacation condo! This was a great place to stay for our first time in Maui! We were 2 families, so 4 adults and 3 children (5,7,7) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The ocean front main bedroom with en-suite was spacious and bright. The other bedrooms at the back had another shared full bathroom, also spacious and bright. The smaller room with twin beds we used for the kids, and meant you could stay up and visit in the living room or deck without disturbing the kids. And the pool was clean, warm and had plenty of chairs arund. The bbq was also clean and easy to use and access. The second floor location meant no big deal bringing up groceries and gear. It’s a corner unit so extra windows. Can’t beat the view from the deck! In-suite laundry meant we totally overpacked and could’ve done with less and been clean! The host was very helpful and quick to reply to all emails. He also gave great feedback and suggestions when I asked him thoughts about potential excursions. He also double checked the next morning to see that we got in to the condo alright and everything was as we had hoped (we arrived in the middle of the night). There were multiple Bahamas’s chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards and a cooler which we used all the time and now I would not consider renting a home that didn’t include these- must have for the beaches!! The location close to the harbour shops and restaurants and general store made the location super convenient. Not too busy in the community and room for both of our rental cars. We would love to stay again and recommend to other based on our xperiwnce!

Quiet, perfect location The condo was in a quiet location with easy access to both sides of the island. The view was incredible! Very clean, recently updated, and had all the conveniences. Josh was great to work with.

Hidden Gem!!! This little piece of paradise was just right for our family vacation! Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand daughter! Centrally located on the island to enjoy the sights! Very clean and well furnished with awesome decor! The grounds and pool were immaculate! Ivan the property manager was very nice and worked very hard to make sure things were pristine. Loved the sunsets from the balcony! Very quiet complex!! Close parking and condo description was spot on! Thanks Josh for such a great place to stay!!!

Great place and great location! This condo is centrally located to all the fun things the island has to offer. They provided beach towels, chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use at the beach. The check in and check out process was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to get around the island, loved seeing the turtles in the backyard, peaceful. Great place you stay, Josh was awesome and welcoming, would stay here again, beachfront with lots of turtle sightings and plenty of Sandy beach in less than 5 min walk.

Beautiful ocean view in a quiet condo complex We had a nice time at this ocean view condo in Maui. Although the water is rough right outside, we walked a few minutes down the road to a nice and very low key beach. Got to see turtles swimming right off shore both days which was very cool. The Maui Ocean Center is a 6 minutes walk and the general area is quiet and not super touristy. Josh was really easy to communicate with and the condo was very comfortable.

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo This property was ideal for my family's needs. Fabulous ocean front view of Maalea Bay; pool; centrally located on Maui, immaculate and very comfortable. Host/manager was very responsive and on the ball and the condo has almost everything one could need. Strongly recommend. Very fair value.

Perfect condo and view This condo had enough rooms and a large patio balcony so close to the water. We could see the whales from the condo and loved every minute. We were supplied everything we needed and walked to the beach with our kids. Could not be more happy with this place and the property managers.

Best family vacation ever! Since my grandchildren were born, I've been wanting them to see the things I've been seeing in Maui over the last 30+ years. This year everything lined up. They were able to bring a little homework to keep up with their classes (4th and 6th grade) and what better place to do it than the lanai overlooking the ocean. The weather was perfect and everything went as planned. Josh and Rebecca are great hosts. All of our questions were answered before we even had to ask them. The condo was in great condition equipped with quality appliances, beds, etc. We like to cook and there were plenty of utensils, pots and pans, etc (all in good condition!) to do everything we wanted. The five of us had plenty of room. I would absolutely rent this unit again in the future!

Awesome vacation condo! Our family of 6 adults went to Maui to celebrate an anniversary and retirement. This property and condo were absolutely perfect. The view was stunning, the deck and pool perfect and the beaches we just a very short walk--a beautiful one to view the water, turtles and the whales. Interior of the condo was welcoming and very comfortable. The owner Josh was responsive to every need and question. This is our first choice on a return soon.

This condo is a GEM!! I highly recommend this spot! Claire and Josh are excellent hosts. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was really nice and of course the view of the ocean was spectacular.

Making Grandma Wish Come True Excellent trip and experience. Would stay again and very comfortable with large rooms. This was dream trip for grandma who rose every morning to watch the sunrise and nightly to sunset. Deck was place for entertainment and could see kids in pool. Very safe!!

Last minute Josh worked with us when our travel plans changed quickly. He was very helpful and the place was great, very ‘cute’ as our two teenage girls said! It was great and our family of 6 loved it! Thank you!
