The condo was just as described! It was clean and had upgraded appliances which was a plus! Communication with the host was very good, I had a few questions upon arrival and they responded very quickly. The condo is located close to many shops and restaurants; although walking distance to the beach, we didn't take advantage of it, ended up exploring other beaches around the island. We would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay here on our trip to Maui. The unit had everything we needed to cook and relax around the house, as well as plenty of beach gear for days out in the sand. Our hosts were very proactive in communicating and checking in on us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautiful views great location five minute walk to the beach.

The condo has a wonderful view; we noticed a few things wrong when we got there, so I took pictures so we would not get charged and informed the management team. The condo cleaning staff seemed to do a lite job cleaning or didn't have enough time to do a though job. It had a very bad Oder my, wife could not stand so we immediately cleaned and changed all the sheets. we did contact the condo management team, and they mentioned they could send someone over to clean again, very nice but we already cleaned.

We loved this unit! It was well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and lovely vacation. Highly recommended!

Great spot, great unit, great communication. No complaints!

This is a great condo in terrific location. Right by the beach, hiking and restaurants and also close to the airport. We had people arriving at different times so being near the airport was convenient. Also being central to the island made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The property was comfortable and well furnished. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

It was a great view of ocean and sunset. Very clean except rugs could use replacing. Other than that it was very convenient. Good pools and the grounds were exceptionally well maintained.

Perfect place, close to beaches but a little removed from the noise.

This was our first visit to Maui and the apartment was was amazing. It was right along the beach, multiple beaches. The AC quit on the last couple days and they were on top of it, doing what they could to accommodate. Extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The apartment was beautiful with extremely fancy appliances. I would highly recommend Luxe Maui Properties for anyone staying in Maui. When we visit again, we will be looking to use them again.

We had a fantastic stay! The communication with the host was excellent; quick, clear, and helpful throughout. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, making it feel just like home. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The lanai was big, with a large table where we ate many meals together while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view at sunset. Located right across the street from beautiful maui beaches, we were able to walk with our boys to the beach. There are two pools at this facility, both very nice. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Maui in May The property was amazing & exactly what was pictured in the photos! It is just across the street from the beach & the view from the lanai was beautiful.The property manager was very helpful with anything that we needed & were very accommodating. The location is very quiet in the evenings, which was great beings we had our infant with us. It is only a short walk downtown to all the shop’s & restaurants & made for great early morning or late evening walks. And very close to one of the two pools.They provided a pack-n-play as requested & touched base with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything to make our stay perfect.We will definitely be rebooking this condo for our next trip & will be recommending it to everyone we know that will be traveling to Maui. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed at all!!

Beautiful stay in Kihei! This condo had everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation—air conditioning in unit, washer/dryer, and all the beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, a cooler, snorkel gear) and a cart to lug it in! The kitchen was so well-equipped and spotless, my two friends and I had the best girls trip in Maui. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful as well, close to so many beaches and just a short 10minute drive to Wailea.

We ended up booking this stay last-minute after a frustrating double-booking situation with a different host, and we couldn’t have been luckier to land here. Communication was top-notch from the moment we booked — a rarity with many listings. The 24/7 on-call manager was a huge reassurance, especially since we were booking late at night and needed confirmation quickly. The home itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully updated with modern finishes (the smart toilets were a cool touch!), and the ocean views are unbeatable. Throughout our stay, the host checked in to make sure we were comfortable and even followed up afterward to get feedback, which really showed how much they care. Minor things worth noting: the stairs are a bit steep, and we saw a few small ants in the kitchen, though the host was already aware and addressing it. Honestly, neither issue impacted our experience at all. Would absolutely stay here again — a real standout Airbnb.

Seriously in a great location and has everything you would need- both for your stay and when going to the beach/exploring. I definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was amazing. it felt more like a house with its two levels. They provide all the things that you don't want to buy or travel with, including pool and ocean equipment. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The view out the front lanai is gorgeous. It was hard to leave. We loved the heated toilets. The place is in a great location. The staff was great and readily available. I only have good things to say.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious and well-suited for two couples, offering ample room and comfort. We especially appreciated the beautiful views and the peaceful surroundings, while still being conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The beach equipment provided was a thoughtful touch that added to our experience. We would highly recommend this unit to others and would gladly consider staying here again in the future.

Great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants

Thank you for having us! We had a lovely time. Instructions were all clear and we loved the personal note upon arrival. The location was great. Close to boardwalk and beaches. We spend New Year’s Eve on Polo Beach to see the beautiful fireworks. The pool was very busy but it was holiday season so perhaps busier than normal. We highly recommend a visit at Haleakala NP. Bring warm clothes! It looks like you’re on top of the world. Mahalo!

Beautiful accommodations, roomy, clean, not cluttered but decorated very nicely, well stocked, and lots of little extras, including beach toys, chairs, etc. We would stay here again!

Beautiful location near beaches and shops. Condo had everything we needed and some nice extras like a fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. The property is quiet with lush landscaping and pools with bbq grills. We had a small issue getting into the unit but the host resolved it fairly quickly. Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay! Positive: Nice condo and location was quiet and peaceful. Everything was provided for - beach chairs, towels, etc. Felt like a resort without being in a resort :) Negative: The cleaning crew that was hired to clean the property didn’t clean the condo thoroughly as what we would like it to be. Overall, still fairly clean but could be improved.

Great location in South Kihei, close to calm beaches, and the condo was spacious enough for our group of 4. The bathrooms were clean and fairly large, and the view was nice. The kitchen was decently stocked, and having parking right in front of the house was convenient. We’ve stayed in several condos across Maui, and this one was one of the better ones. Would consider staying here again.

We stayed in September. It was an impromptu vacation and we literally made the reservation on the plane. The rental company had the place ready for us by the time we landed and got to the property. We recognize we were very fortunate in the availability. Quiet with a great view. And conveniently located. It worked perfect for our vacation.
