Great condo. Everything was as described. The grounds were meticulously cared for. We had a small incident with ghost ants in the condo, and this is common in Maui. The owners were quick to respond. Would stay there again. We especially enjoyed the sea turtles coming to eat daily along the sea wall.

stayed here before it's a beautiful property well kept in a very good location would recommend Positive: You stayed here before we love the location. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Ocean is awesome they're sliding glass doors in the bedroom heading out for the patio as well as the living room if you're on an upper floor you can see the ocean from your bed how cool is that. There's a big Bay out front so it's great for swimming lots of boats for watching from your balcony with your coffee or drink. During whale season you can see them from your balcony you can see the turtles just about anytime right there in the rocks. The condos are beautiful inside well kept comfy beds most of the things you need in the kitchen. All in all we would recommend this highly for everyone and by the way there's an elevator great place we'll stay again Negative: There was a guy that came down and accused us of smoking but we don't/ so weren't. He was angry and yelled and chewed out my granddaughter and kept telling her the smoke was coming from our room . Not sure who it was lots of condos could have been anyone the man said his wife has asthma really bad so he was very upset. Understandably So watch out for him LOL

We loved staying here! Maui Luxe Properties had a wonderful team who were very helpful, responsive and supportive. I had lots of questions and they always answered me right away with great suggestions. Any small issues we had at the condo were addressed and fixed immediately. The screen door was difficult to open and close and when I mentioned it to their team they had it fixed within a day. They were always gracious and kind and we would love to stay here again! The property itself was gorgeous and exactly as described.

Literally 15 to 20 minutes from everything! West Maui, South Maui, upcountry, you name it The host was always responsive and took care of any issues immediately! Unit wasn’t as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was more than sufficient! Also well taken care of and the sofa bed and the Murphy bed were fantastic. Cookware was clean appliances were great. We would definitely stay here again.

One of best places we stayed in Hawaii. Right on the oceanside, throughout our stay we could spot whales from the balcony, which was great to see. The place itself is as shown on the photos in the listing, huge kitchen with all the amenities to cook comfortably. Beds super comfy, both king size. Would stay again and highly recommend to others!

Nice central location to explore maui. Facing east with a nice view of ocean and Haleakala(so lots of very nice cloud). \n\nGreen Turtles hang out near the water front ... very easy to walk out to watch turtles. we also spotted few humpback whales from the balcony.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The location and views were amazing and the highlight of the property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Upon arrival, the unit was not as clean as expected. We had to re-wash several dishes, found trash in the couch cushions, and noticed a large amount of long black hair on the rug. On our first day, the shower was unusable due to a broken shower head, light bulbs were out, and the TV/internet were not working. We contacted management right away, and they were responsive. The shower head and light bulbs were fixed the next day, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the internet and TV issues persisted for most of our stay. Multiple visits were made over five days, and we were advised to unplug the router repeatedly. A professional technician eventually confirmed the router needed to be replaced. Reliable internet was a key reason we booked, so this was disruptive. The property has strong potential to be great.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the balcony, view & the sea turtles. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was nicely equipped, we could have used one bigger frying pan. The only negative thing was no tv in the master bedroom. Overall we loved it & would stay again.

Internet was so slow that no one could really access it including door lock/access. Even when we rebooted, could not access online. Bedroom and bathrooms were very nice. Watching the turtle frolic in the waters behind the condo was nice.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Clean and modern condo. It has everything you need to help you feel at home. The location is great! Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Walkable distance to the Maui Ocean Center, as well as the harbor if you decide to do a sunset dinner cruise..which we highly recommend. Will definitely be saying here again the next time we come to Maui!

Family of four stayed here for a wee.k and we loved it. 1. Great location and place was clean and well maintained. 2. Three working ACs provide excellent cooling. 3. Kitchen are fully stocked with everything we need. 4. The door partition of the main BR may need some repair. Rollers come off the rail easily when fully closed on both sides.

We loved the sunrises and the view of the turtles from the balcony.

First off the host was responsive and made sure we were going to have a great vacation. The location is away from all the hustle of the hotel zone but was close enough for a quick drive there. The accommodations were very nice overlooking the ocean where we snorkeled with the 20 plus turtles and watched surfers. The grounds are beautiful and the residents who live there were so friendly. Parking was always available and never an issue. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Luxe Maui 209 was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a quiet and peaceful area. The views and sunrises were breathtaking! I definitely recommend staying here if you want to enjoy a quiet peaceful vacation. The location is a bit windy but the balcony blocks most of the wind.

Absolut WOW!! Wir sind so froh, dieses Appartement bekommen zu haben, da die Lage absolut perfekt war. Die Tür ging auf und der Blick ging durch das Appartement auf das Meer.Die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche waren ein absoluter Traum. Es war alles sehr sauber,die Küche top ausgestattet und der Balkon, mit Blick auf das Meer.Klimaanlage ging hervorragend, die wir aber nicht brauchten, da es sehr angenehm war, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.Der Standard dieses Appartements ist sehr hoch und Preis/Leistung, mehr als fair.Die Lage ist sehr zentral, für Ausflüge in allen Richtungen, was uns sehr wichtig war. Wir können dieses Appartement wirklich jedem empfehlen, da alles rundum perfekt ist. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Gebäude und somit kurze Wege. WLAN ist sehr gut und ein Soundsystem über den FlatTv mit Bose perfekt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort.

Really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing.

We loved our stay. We saw countless turtles and were able to snorkel next to them just off the steps located by our balcony. We had an issue with the dryer but it was addressed quickly and fixed the same day. The view was gorgeous, beach was 5mins away, and we could easily walk to the aquarium and local restaurants. This was a lovely and welcomed break from the resort life. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

This place felt right at home ! Everything matched the description. Infact picture doesn’t do the justice of how lovely the view from balcony is ! It’s right in front of ocean ! The location is nice too where you are right in center of all attraction without having to travel to 3 hrs to reach a place as well as its proximity to market.

My wife and I took my parents to Maui and 209 Lauloa was perfect for our needs. We had never been to Maui before and the location is great as you’re centrally located between West and South Maui. Quick easy access to Kapalua, Ka’anapali, Lahaina, Kihei, Wailea, and others. The patio view is spectacular. The area is pretty windy due to being in a valley, but the property completely blocks the wind while on the patio. Open the windows for a beautiful ocean breeze. Close to the marina for any snorkel or whale watching trips and the decor is very welcoming and peaceful. The property has all the kitchen items needed for days when we wanted to stay in. We highly recommend taking the beach chairs to the grass lawn down below in the mornings to watch the sun rise and the ocean come to life.

Nice apartment, with a pleasant sea view and centrally located on the island for easy access to the best of what Maui has to offer. Communication from the host agent was very good throughout and would happily stay there again

Great vacation spot Perfect unit for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked. The ocean view was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed seeing the turtles just off the lawn and the short walk to the beach. The location is convenient to Maalaea Harbor for excursions and Maui Harbor Shops for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this unit.

What a special location!! It was very peaceful, quiet and insanely beautiful. If you’re staying December - February don’t forget your binoculars because whales breach right in the bay!! The view from the balcony is even more breathtaking than the pictures, condo is clean and well renovated. There is a walkable beach, coffee shop, aquarium and whale watching tours but you’re also centrally located, making it easy to drive anywhere - especially all of those gorgeous west coast beaches. We love to cook when we stay somewhere and were so impressed by the fully stocked kitchen which had really well cared for pots and pans, utensils, etc. (not always the case in a rental)! Host was very responsive and it was so great having beach chairs, coolers, umbrella (well loved but useable) and boogie board available! Looking forward to staying again!!

Nice location, breathtaking ocean front. There is access to the ocean right in front of this property. If you love snorkeling, you can just put your gears on jump in the ocean! Communication was great. They get back to you really quick and instruction was clear. Enjoyed staying in this property.

Perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids); comfortable sleeping situation. The sounds of the ocean from the balcony were very soothing. 8 min walk to local public beach. This location put us within 20-30 mins of most West Maui activities including driving to Lahaina and Wailea. We also appreciated the full service kitchen!

Love the scenic view outside the property, I was lucky enough to see sea turtles right on the edge of the water during their meal time. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Each room had AC which was nice. Host provided clear instructions for parking and getting onto the property.

This place was great. The place was spacious, full size kitchen, and of course the view. Everything was clean and organized and it was nice that they provided beach gear such as chairs, coolers, and towels. Parking was easy and accessible. Lastly and surprisingly, pull out bed couch was comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again if I ever visit Maui. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, unbeatable view from the property. Perfect place to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Clean and well maintained property. Hosts were nice, they allowed us an hour early check in which helped us a lot with the baby.

We echo the enthusiasm of previous reviews. This condo is exceptional from the abundantly furnished kitchen to the splendid views from the spacious lanai. We viewed turtles, a monk seal, fishermen bringing in octopi, nocturnal snorklers with underwater lamps and impressive surfers. The night lights of Kihei and Wilea across the water were a bonus. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located minutes from the airport, beaches and shopping. Parking here is ample and easy.

It definitely is a good place to stay and would have given it five stars except one of the bathrooms had a very strong and odd smell to it. The scent of roach/ ant bait. One note; it is remodeled, but it doesn’t really look to be that recent, there is some wear and tear but definitely

after a few short string of bad luck with Airbnbs lately, I was relieved how much my wife (and I) loved this place. Instructions are clear and whoever Luxeaui used to keep the place clean and making sure everything is working 100% should be tee he standard for Airbnbs. the view was also incredible and you're able to watch the sun rise from balcony. I would caution and advise that instructions should include nothing should be mailed to the Airbnb address because you will never receive it. When I reached out the property management, they said it isbnot recommended, but I desperately needed something from the mainland. I realized they should've said you will, never receive anything mailed to the address due to lack of access to mailbox. Also make sure you have a rental car or use Uber Eats or Instacart for delivery but they will take 45min to 2 hours typically.

So relaxing we fell in love with Hawaii! I love the property. Couldn’t figure out the dishwasher or coffee pot. So called the number for help with questions and he came right away and checked it out and educated us on how to use. We had everything we needed for our stay over thanksgiving provided. We cooked our thanksgiving meal there and celebrated my moms 85 birthday. 4adults and 2 teens stayed here very comfortably. We used the games provided and had a wonderful vacation.

Such a great condo This was our second trip to this area of Maui. It’s a great location if you enjoy walks along the water, to a nearby beach or to the small shopping/eating area up the road. It’s easy to hit the road in either direction. The condo is well equipped and I couldn’t think of anything they missed. We all slept very well, which is rare when I’m not at home. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come again!!

Perfect Choice for our stay in Maui! This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located in Maalaea, it was super easy to get to from the airport, and trips to Kihei and Lahaina and beyond were a breeze. Plus, our whale watching and sunset cruises departed from the harbor, which was a short walk from the condo. Now, onto the condo itself. First, the views from the second floor lanai are beautiful, peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Morning coffee watching the sun rise over Haleakala brought serenity every morning. Then, as the sun rose, the view of the bay afforded multiple whale sightings every day. The condo itself was very nicely decorated, and the bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated. We were a group of five adults and the beds were super comfortable, including the credenza murphy bed. As a big man, I can tell you I slept like a baby on that thing! FYI there is a sleeper sofa too, so 6 adults could easily be accommodated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Josh, our agent, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and informative. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Stay here and you won't be sorry!
