This place couldn’t have been better for our honeymoon! It was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the ocean was perfect during the evening time and the walk to the beach from the condo was so easy. We wanted to explore other beaches and there were so many nearby, along with delicious food options. The place itself was cozy and the surrounding area was less busy than other parts of the island, but still with a bunch to do and see. The hosts were so welcoming, with excellent communication throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was nicely updated, clean, and the view outside was exactly as posted. My complaint is the price for the quality didnt match. This place was almost 500 a night for no shower pressure, the bathroom door barely opens and closes on you, and the air conditioners are so loud that you cant even hear what's happening in the room. The cars are louder than the ocean on the patio. The hosts are very nice. I just dont think it was worth the price comparable to the same most expensive resorts on the island per night.

Great view! Great location. You will not be disappointed. Parking is reserved and right in front of elevator - clearly marked.

This apartment was thoughtfully prepared and the best quality! The linens (sheets, blankets, towels) were high quality. The additional amenities of beach chairs and towels, cooler, and binoculars highlight that everything was prepared with the guest in mind. We were SO impressed with this beautiful stay! Thank you!

Amazing stay, well worth the price

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and as pictured. It was in a prime location not far from restaurants and food truck parks. My husband and I really enjoyed napping on the lanai listening to the waves and sounds of the palm trees blowing. I would recommend this place for sure!

We had an amazing time in Maui. This front door was a little difficult to get in every time and the street next to the place was really loud but other than that the place was great !

Highly recommend! Positive: Great calm location, close to everything. Clean, comfortable, newly renovated, fully packed with everything you need for awesome vacation! Breathtaking view on Haleakala from the front door and on the ocean from the balcony. Pool was nice and clean

This place is great! So clean and right on the beach! We loved sitting on the lanai and just relaxing and watching the waves crash in.

This was a perfect place to stay for a couple or small family. They had everything including binoculars, beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. They also had a pack and play, which was really helpful for us. The location was incredible. It was at the very end of a group of condos with a gorgeous swimable beach right in front. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! Highly recommend it staying here.

There is something really special about this place! It is perfectly placed on the beach where you feel surrounded by nature from all sides. The inside of the condo was beautifully renovated and we were so, so, SO grateful for the cool mirrors that reflected the sunshine from the beach from sunrise to the very last ray at sunset. What a genius idea! All views were GREAT no matter where you were sitting. We loved how you could easily walk down to the beach and immediately put your toes in the sand. We grilled down by the water every night and enjoyed all of the amenities of a large home with the convenience of a beachfront condo! The parking spot for this unit is literally the best spot in the entire lot -- we felt like VIPs. We absolutely cannot wait to rebook this magical, lovely, wonderful condo! We'll be back soon :)

An amazing getaway on Maui! Positive: We loved our stay at this adorable condo! It is a small complex right on the beach. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals in. We loved the lawn area, steps from the ocean, where we watched the sunset every night. Negative: While the condo has been fabulously remodeled, it is in an older complex. The air conditioner in the bedroom is loud as is the traffic noise. We loved our time here so much though, we didn't let these inconveniences damper our fun.

Loved this condo and the convenient central location for everything we wanted to do in Maui.

We enjoyed our stay. It took about 90 seconds to get to the beach! Super comfy condo, friendly, responsive host and it was a great location, not too far of a drive to any of the locations we were heading to.

This was by far the worst Airbnb experience we’ve had. The constant traffic noise made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. Even with the A/C running, earplugs, and an extra fan provided, the noise was unbearable. After two nights we ended up moving to another Airbnb, even without receiving a refund from the host. The walls and windows are extremely thin, you can hear every sound from outside, and the balcony was unusable due to the traffic noise. The apartment is much smaller and older than shown in the photos. The unit feels cheap, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the price. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating start to what we hoped would be a relaxing babymoon.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. The space was stunning, beautifully updated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The management company went above and beyond, always checking in and responding to messages with incredible speed and kindness. The only small drawback is that the condo sits on a busy road, so you do hear some traffic, but honestly, it’s a very minor inconvenience compared to all the perks: being right on the water, having gorgeous views, and being just minutes away from everything Kihei has to offer.

Had a lovely stay, great location close to all the best places. We loved walking the beach and the views. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay :)

This is a truly beautiful property just steps away from the beach! Looked exactly like the pictures with amazing and responsive hosts. They are proactive with a stay guide that even includes local recommendation! I would stay again, and I recommend it to everyone.

Was nice

The condo was perfect for our trip. The full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom was great and saved us from buying all our own. Location is nice, but there is road noise (AC helps a little). The location is great for being able to walk to Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The beach is a great place to walk and take a swim in the ocean.

This is an amazing place to stay in! The location is absolutely ideal, you’re perfectly in the middle of everything while also being really quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is beautiful, so cozy, it always felt really nice to come back to it after a long beach day. The owners are super friendly and communicative, always there if you have any questions. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay! This condo is clean and well decorated and had everything we needed. The Partial Oceanfront view from the balcony was nice to sit and enjoy. The place is a bit smaller than we expected but we managed well. The location is perfect and allowed us to easily get around the island. If you’re looking to drive around and explore the different regions of Maui I would recommend staying here as it felt central to most areas and is a close drive to/from the airport. Walkable place to a few close by shops, shaved ice/bakeries and beach parks. Our favorite part was the direct beach access and walking alongside the ocean each day to enjoy beautiful sunset views. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided which was nice. A little noisy at night since the condo is on a main road but the sound of the cars blended with the sound of the ocean so it wasn’t too much of an issue. The place got hot quickly but cooled down using AC/fans. Overall a great stay!

This location was great! The condo was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. We loved the beach and the pool as well. The host was very attentive and hospitable! We would highly recommend this place! A+++

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The resort was clean, kept up and our suite is newly renovated! The owners were so easy to communicate with- if it’s your first time you’d know where all the locals go because of them! It was an amazing time and I wouldn’t change it for the world! The only thing I’d say that’s less positive was that the road it is on is very busy- so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll notice once or twice but honestly you’re never inside anyways! We couldn’t have been more pleased, it was so nice to have a kitchen with cooking essentials becasue that was our favorite date night! Cooking in and eating on the porch. We will 100% be back!!!

Nice condo It was our third stay in the sugar beach area. We love how quiet it is there and just a short drive to town. The condo has great furnishings. It is comfortable and The decor is really lovely. The beach is so close but we could hear the traffic more than we liked.

We spent 9 days in this condo. Great location to anywhere on Maui as this is the last condo to the north and just a few minutes from Kihei. The noise from traffic was loud, sometimes over the waves. We liked being right on the beach and spent alot of time on the lanai. The condo seemed smaller then what we thought, but we managed. Luxe Maui Properties communicated well with us.
