We had a wonderful time here. The room is just like the picture, stylish and clean. You can see the sea from the balcony. We had dinner on the balcony and enjoyed the breeze so much. Instruction is clear, and the team is very responsive. The beach chairs and umbrella are bonus points for us. The location is good too, easy access to the beach. The front parking is the closest to the room but it may be full at night, so don’t come back too late.

Sweet condo in Kīhei. Very walkable to good food and beaches. Beach supplies a plus to make beach days comfortable and easy. Great for a small family. Communication from host was helpful and proactive.

Really good location! We preferred staying here rather than on the resorts. We felt it was central to everywhere we went. It was a little hard to find at first because the condo complex was like a maze but once you figured it out, it was easier

Le grand problème de ce condo c est la saleté, énormément de poussière, moquette sale, les murs, les plinthes, plusieurs choses. Considérer svp faire un nettoyage profond de ce condo, ca va lui faire du bien.

Unit was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Questions to the property manager were answered quickly and were informative. Hopefully we get to visit again!

The place looks just the photos. The beach is within a 2 minute walk, there's also a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very responsive and accommodating. There are a few books and board games in the house which helped pass time during a very stormy weather we unfortunately caught. The water in the pool is comfortable temperature, it came in very handy since it was not beach weather. The view of the ocean was slightly obstructed but it was clear from the photo, I just didn't pay attention to it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds were great, the patio was perfect and there were many great places within walking distance. The beach across the road had whales and turtles everyday and we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves every night. The condo was the perfect location for us and we highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location with proximity to the beach and food and it was uniquely beautiful with charming decor. Very peaceful and all of the amenities - having the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel sets were so helpful! Highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Very nice place and neighborhood. Parking was a little frustrating as the lot closest to the condo was always full and having to walk from the back lot was a little inconvenient, other than that I’d recommend the stay to others.

This was such a perfect location, walkable to everything you need in Kīhei. Beach is literally across the street, a 2min walk from the condo. We loved our time exploring and highly recommend having a car to check out the rest of the island as this condo was super central to getting anywhere you needed to go!

This condo in Kihei is in an ideal location to go out and do literally anything on Maui you’d hope to do. An early morning or early evening walk to the beach is a must to see the sunrise/sunset - less than 5 minutes walk, to a beautiful, uncrowded, wide strip of sand with picturesque rock outcroppings on one side (great for snorkeling). Sleeping arrangements are great - we are 3 adult women so gave the large bed/bedroom to our mom, and took the loft for ourselves. The layout would be ideal for parents and kids! The beds are super comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. (We wouldn’t have minded a place to rest our suitcases upstairs or a small chest of drawers to put things away - but it’s easy enough to live out of a suitcase on the floor for a couple days.) The kitchen and supplies were top-notch.

I stayed for two nights. The property matches the listing, but there are a few things that could be improved. There was a noticeable musty smell inside, which might be worth checking. The drinking water filters needed replacement, but the host responded quickly and installed new ones the same day. It would have helped if the filters were flushed afterward because the water still came out a bit cloudy at first. The lighting is controlled through remotes, which works fine once you figure it out, but it can be a little tricky to find switches in the dark. Parking near the building is impossible after 7pm. Got to park all the way in the back otherwise.

Nightmare! Imagine arriving at the property late at night and found the master bedroom smells awful. The bedding in master bedroom and all the towels smelled funky. We couldn’t take a shower - no one wanted to use the dirty towel that smelled like foot odor. I can’t believe the towels are uncleaned. Since it’s 9pm at night, no one responded to our messages/resolved the issue. We had to find another home late at night. What’s worse is that our friend got injured from their safety hazard. There are 2 single beds that the bed frame was as sharp as knife with nothing covered on the angles. AVOID if you have kids. It was really dangerous. Anyway, can’t believe we paid $2000+ on this place that is worse than sleeping on the beach…. They refused to refund the first night; offered only 30% off which is ridiculous for our mental damage.

We loved our stay here! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and perfect for families. The beds were very comfortable, and being on the top floor with high ceilings made it feel spacious and airy. Even with the warm weather, the ACs worked great and kept the unit cool. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and came stocked with all the beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to carry everything — such a nice touch! We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. And bonus points for the huge full-length mirrors that somehow made me look skinnier — best vacation perk ever! 😄

This was a cute little place for a short stay. The location was absolutely fabulous however there were some deferred maintenance things - bathroom exhaust fan was did not work, blinds to block afternoon sun didn’t close all the way (which meant you couldn’t watch TV in the afternoon), and the patio door was tricky. The split unit ACs were heavenly, and the beds were comfy! Nice quiet pool space. Very comfortable.

This place instantly made us feel right at home. The welcoming chalkboard message from the family was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless, with beautiful balcony views to soak in the surroundings. We loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots for food and drinks. Kihei has a laid-back, family-friendly vibe, and this location—right at the start of Kamaole I—was the perfect chill spot to kick off our stay

숙소의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다! 숙소 바로 앞에 초록색 거북이를 볼 수 있는 아름다운 바다가 있고, 각종 식당과 마트가 있어 편리했습니다. 마트에서 파는 아사이볼이 맛있고, 빵집 식당들도 수준급입니다. 숙소에 비치용품들도 잘 마련되어있어 바다를 제대로 즐길 수 있었습니다. 숙소 체크인할때 최초에 입장 코드를 잘못안내받아 당황스러웠으나, 전화와 채팅으로 바로 연락이 닿아 금방 문제를 해결할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 침구도 깨끗했습니다. 여러모로 만족스러운 스테이였습니다.

It was a lovely place to stay. Great distance to all the resources you’ll need on the south side of the island. No complaints other than the water in the shower could have been hotter/warmer for us. But you don’t really need it in Maui weather! Excellent comfortable beds, super comfy sleep. Mahalo for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is walking distance to some great restaurants and beaches! We walked to South Maui Garden food trucks one evening which was really nice. The check out instructions are a bit different from what it says on the Airbnb website description. Would stay here again!

We stayed for 7 days and from arrival to the day we left everything was wonderful at the condo. Walking distance to the beach that is a very nice beach along with great food options and very close walking distance to ABC store and grocery store. Overall a wonderful place to stay, we felt right at home.

I had a great time visiting Maui and the accommodations were clean, private and as described. The host was responsive, proactive, and the check in and check out were effortless. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Had a small hiccup upon arrival when our code wasn’t working but property managers responded within minutes and we were in the condo in no time. Appreciated the beach items that were available to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, cozy condo in a prime location. It was great to be a short walk from the beach. We loved the sunsets from the lanai. Notes: Parking can be tricky as other guests have mentioned. Would make more sense for guests to be able to utilize the owners parking privileges . The loft beds are small, probably better suited for younger children. We had our adult children traveling with us. I would recommend a TV in the primary bedroom as it can be disruptive for those sleeping in the loft to have the TV on in the main living space. Overall, our family of four had a wonderful vacation!

If you’re not a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this condo. Four of us stayed for 3 nights and cleaned the bedrooms and bathroom before leaving, but the owner demanded $400 just because we didn’t take out the trash and left some papaya peel. Nowhere in the listing does it say guests must dispose of garbage before checkout. The unit is outdated, with only one dim floor lamp in the living room — we could barely see each other at night. Kitchen utensils were sticky and unusable, the garbage disposal and desk lamp were both broken, and the owner was slow to respond. Worst of all, the curtain rod fell and hit my head while I was in bed. I reported it and only got an apology. If you want a relaxing vacation, I’d look elsewhere.

great place to stay in Kihei! close to the beach and walkable to a lot of local food, shop, etc. the property was well kept and the host was responsive when we had questions or needed anything. I definitely recommend finding the elevator since the unit is on the 4th floor. the pool and hot tub were great, for kids or grown ups.

Great stay in a great location. The unit has so much usable space, from the lanai to the kitchen and living room. It is well equipped with all of the beach toys you’d need (chairs, towels, umbrella). Only 2 minor down sides: 1. There is no drawers for unpacking clothing, if you do not like living out of a suitcase, then this unit may cause you some headaches. 2. The property has 2 parking lots, one is very convenient for this condo while the other is a few minute walk. The close lot is often at capacity, so get expect to walk to your car often.

Great location within walking distance of parks, the beach, and restaurants and shops. Comfortable and well-stocked, with beach supplies and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The only things to be aware of are: - The parking spots immediately in front of the condo are normally full, so you'll have to walk a quarter-mile to/from the parking lot behind the building - The wall AC units are not strong, so the condo can get very warm (especially when you arrive, since the AC will be off) - The walls are very thin - you'll be able to hear the neighbors' conversations very clearly

Our family of four just returned from having the most wonderful week staying at unit B401 and exploring much of Maui. Being within walking distance to the beach and natural grocery were top notch. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and feels like an oasis. Having all the kitchen and laundry amenities made our stay comfortable. And being able to use the wagon and beach chairs and umbrella provided, made our beach days all the more enjoyable! The decore in condo is tasteful and trendy - just wished there was a little more organization in the closets to accommodate more room to hang clothing or place in shelving and perhaps dressers in the loft room, additionally. Living out of our suitcases for the week wasn't expected. Overall we had a welcomed and enjoyable stay and would book there again!!

This place was perfect for a girls trip of four. Plenty of room, clean and spacious. The host was extremely communicative with all details. Location was great- walkable to a lot with beautiful views. Definitely recommend this stay!

It’s a lovely loft unit on the top level of the building. It is nicely furnished and accessorized. There are lots of items available for a beach day. The ocean is a block away! Parking was free, and required registration onsite. The location of this unit was right next to a small owner and guest parking lot however we had to park at the very far side of the development due to parking capacity. We had a couple of small issues while we were there and Maui Luxe Properties was very responsive.

The location was amazing with the beach across the street and many nearby restaurants and shops! Being on the top floor with the ocean view was awesome! The place had plenty of room and had lots of extra amenities including beach stuff which was nice! The one downfall is parking as plenty in the back but far from the unit however front parking lot was limited however were able to find parking there sometimes. Overall, very satisfied with the place and would stay again!

Great stay, the unit was clean and nice. The bed was comfy & having beach gear was so helpful! The only things to consider when booking is the parking. The front lot that is closest to the unit gets filled fast and early. If you are out late, it’s almost impossible to find parking in the front. The back parking lot is on the opposite side of the complex, and it is a quite a walk to the unit. The AC in the living room also does not cool up the space as good as the bedroom, so that is another thing to consider. The area is very nice, the beach is a short walk and has amazing sunsets! Overall, we had a great stay here. If you don’t mind a tricky parking situation, then you’ll enjoy this stay!

This is a great condo. it had a very well stocked kitchen, and all the beach necessities like chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear. The lanai had great views of the water. the only thing that could have been better was the kitchen lighting. We had some light bulbs out, and they quickly replaced bulbs, but overall the kitchen doesn't have enough light and cooking, especially at night, was hard. Even making coffee in morning required cell phone light to see. Additional lighting would make the place great, but it was pretty dang good even with less light in kitchen.

Our stay at Luxe Maui Properties was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warm spirit of Aloha. We spent our days exploring the island, from walkable beaches of Kamaole to the scenic trails of Haleakalā National Park. Each day was filled with adventure and breathtaking views. The amenities at the Property were top-notch. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings made our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the property were evident and greatly appreciated. Evenings were magical as we relaxed on our private lanai, watching the stunning sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. We highly recommend Luxe Maui for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Maui.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was located in a great part of town. Across the street was the best beach for kids. Great spots to eat and cute shops to shop around. Will hopefully be back!

A great condo to stay at if you'd like more than a hotel room. Kihei has plenty of tourists, but also has plenty of residents, so there's local food, coffee, etc to explore. Much better than a resort experience IMO. The spot was quiet during the day and the night, and the washer and drier are always a welcome addition to an AirBnB. Really happy we stayed here before meeting for business at a local resort.
