Clean condo, walkable distance to the harbor - we took from there ferry to Lana’i island and Molokini for amazing snorkeling experience (book Pacwhale Expeditions - they are great!). 30 minutes drive from the apartment to Lāhainā or Kīhei, also close to different beaches! We really enjoyed our first vacation in Maui ! Thank you! Mahalo!

Luxe Maui Properties was an amazing place to book with for our trip. Not only was Hawaii beautiful but being able to come home everyday to a lovely condo made it even more special. Exactly what the pictures look like and had a gorgeous view. The host was extremely communicative and will definitely book again for our next trip!

The property and unit its self was great. Very happy with the service provided by the Luxe Maui property. They were very great with communication and helping accommodate any needs. Downfalls: The building management was very rude and made our stay VERY uncomfortable. He was constantly in front of our unit cleaning the pool at all hours of the day including as early as 7am until as late as 11pm. He was very creepy and caught him looking into our unit couple times. He was very rude and instead of communicating with us as guest he ran to tell lux properties every little tiny problem that made our stay very uncomfortable to the point i wanted to check out earlier than my planned check out date. Also be very careful he has cameras that he says is used to check common areas and pools but the camera faces towards the unit even though i was told there was not cameras facing in the unit very creepy. THEY HAVE A VERY DISHONEST CLEANING LADY BECAREFUL SHE WILL LIE so you pay extra cleaning fees

We have stayed with two kids for a week here, Everything went well, Location is great, lower level with gate to the pool was something I specifically booked this place for, very safe for my young kids, I could lock gate to keep them safe while we all were getting ready ( I have young toddler, which is why gate was very important for me). Place had plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen was stocked with everything. Perfect location, kind of in the middle - we could easily go Lahaina area and to Kihei, close to north as well. Reasonable price as well, Highly recommend

An amazing stay that went well beyond our expectations! This was not exactly a leisure trip as we were coming home to say goodbye to a family member. The host ensured we were comfortable every step of the way and checked on us before, after, and during the stay. The host was extremely responsive and answered all my questions with thoroughness and the utmost aloha spirit. The location of the condo and location of the unit could not be beat! In between everything with easy, quick access to Central, South, West Maui, Upcountry, the airport, and everything you might need including gas, stores, and restaurants. Right on a great beach with a lovely pool that we enjoyed. The condo was quiet and so comfortable - so many luxurious features in the kitchen and bathrooms but at a much better value than resorts. Easy access from door to parking lot and good also if someone has mobility issues. I would not stay anywhere else when returning home again. Truly the best Airbnb I have stayed at.

The apartment was excellent. There are only all Pros to talk about this place, it had everything we needed with little kids (bathroom essentials, extra bedding etc) and the best part was the kitchen - we cooked a lot during our stay and it was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in an Airbnb. All the equipment and furniture in the house were high quality (not the cheap ones in usual Airbnbs, for this price point). Excellent communication by the host, they kept in touch all through our stay and even accommodated a late evening checkout for a nominal fee which helped us a lot. I would definitely come back !

Loved this Condo! Positive: This condon was exceptionally amazing! We had the view of the entire ocean in front of us everyday of our 8 day stay, it was perfect with our 3 & 5 year old girls, the pool gate with the lock gave us piece of mind as it could only be open with a key. The Condo was fully stocked to be able to cook and grill & even provided beach chairs,umbrella & beach necessities,it even had a first aid kid. It was very modern, the bed in the Master bedroom was super comfortable the mattress felt like u were sleeping in jello! Loved the smart refrigerator, the shower heads were amazing aswell ! The pool area was kept up pretty nicely and it got cleaned nightly,Over all we had the best stay here! there was even a starbucks walking distance,the aquarium was walking distance aswell. Check in, check out super easy. Negative: The bed in the second bedroom needs replacing ,the legs were being help up with what it looked like a make shift board of some sort, my girls are little so it held up for them but I dont think it can hold anyone heavier than maybe 120 pounds, Also I wish the Main door lock had a second lock like a deadbolt lock ,specially with kids for extra safety and security,it only had a smart lock which I wasnt a big fan off because it didn't give me that extra sense of security or safety as a parent.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here for a week. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the beautiful views in the backyard. Everything was as listed and seen in the description. We picked this place not only because they provided us with beach supplies but also for its' super convenient location to various parts of Maui. The host was very responsive to our questions and we even saw 6 sea turtles in one morning! Highly recommend this place!

Aloha from Maui! Our stay at this incredible apartment was nothing short of a five-star experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautifully and modernly furnished space that had absolutely everything we needed and more. Having working AC units in every room was a lifesaver after a day in the sun! The views were simply breathtaking – waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was pure bliss. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and towels available, making our trips to the stunning Maui beaches so much easier and more enjoyable. Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing host. They were incredibly helpful and always responding quickly to any questions we had. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our time here and are already dreaming of our return.

Our stay in Maui was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional place we booked. The location was superb, offering easy access to attractions, Mini golf, ferry, etc... while maintaining a serene atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The design was thoughtful, ensuring every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The stunning view from the window and the level floor access to the pool were highlights. We felt right at home, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. We are extremely happy with our choice and would definitely return. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful views made this vacation special. This property exceeded our expectations in every way.

Location can't be beat Best place to see the turtles is right below the retaining wall on the shore.Updating in bathrooms was appreciated! Luxurious. Furniture leaves something to be desired. No comfortable seating for a dinner party. Bed in master bedroom is too soft to be comfortable for anyone with tendency to back pain or reflux; that was quite a drawback.The building has gone to have security codes for every possible door or gate and every night we had to look at police tape/barriers they put up in case anyone tried to use the pool after hours; these seemed completely unnecessary. This unit is right off the pool on ground floor so it is noisier and less private than if it were on a higher floor. It did not bother us but it might bother some.For longer stays (like we were there a month ) it would be nice to be offered cleaning service even for a charge; the cleaning supplies available in the unit were not adequate (no mop, very heavy and clumsy old vacuum cleaner etc..)The management company was unusually attentive and responsive. Five stars for them. We needed a couple repairs and they were there - ASAP. They also kindly sent out a texted heads-up for us renters about what to expect when a storm came up. Very helpful.

Beautiful place, comfortable, good location, well equipped kitchen, impressive appliances, good communication. Fantastic views from the Lanai. Saw quite a few turtles nearby.

Great location, super clean. Easy access to the pool.

Place was great and clean. Only issues were that the place had a scent of curry, likely from previous tenants. After scented candles and cans of Febreeze, it was tolerable. A small issue with confrontation with property manager, but resolved without conflict. Luxe Maui was responsive in any questions and communication when sent. Overall, pleased.

This place is just as it is pictured and more!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Pros This place is a good point between Lahaina, Kahului and Kihei but just know that everything would be at least 15 mins drive, it is right next to the Aquarium View is beautiful, you get the pool right next to you and a gorgeous ocean Airbnb has all the amenities that you would need and is very well-decorated Cons We arrived to find there was no water for six hours. While this was outside their control, I wish they had been more supportive or empathetic. I had to contact Airbnb before any alternatives were suggested, which was frustrating, especially after a canceled flight the day before & traveling with a baby (No restroom, washing hand etc.) Despite keeping the space clean & throwing out trash daily, we noticed 1–2 bugs—manageable, but worth noting. 2 cleaners entered the Airbnb at 8 a.m. without notice, even though checkout was at 11 a.m. This was unsettling, and Luxe Maui seemed unsure why it happened. A different cleaner arrived at our actual checkout time which was strange

I have been to Maui over 9 times & this is by far one of the best airbnb I have been hosted by. Responsive host! Great amenities, near all the restaurants! The backyard view is gorgeous! I would definitely book here again!

Location and views are amazing!

We loved our stay. Place is exactly as pictured. Very beautiful view, you will have the key to go to the pool right from your apartment ( 🔑is on the wall of the main bedroom ☺️ we noticed them in last days. You should know that this beach is not for swimming. You are in the middle of the island, so pretty close to most popular locations in Maui. All kitchen appliances : dryer, washer, refrigerator etc. are new. They have everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen sprays even snorkelling masks. Also I like their showers 🚿 . Nice TV system and conditioners in every room. Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, I saw a convertible crib in a closet. Building outside is not “fresh” but don't let that fool you. No problems with parking, there are plenty of spots right near the house. In a few minutes walk there is Ocean Center with big aquarium and show sphere . My son was amazed by this. Starbucks, Carls Jr and gas station right near this building . Friendly people 🩵
