Great location! Loved having the pool in our backyard!

The location was great, very central to everything in maui. The host was very responsive and the place was as advertised.

Lovely location. Hot water is limited for # guests. Frequently ran out of hot water and was implied that “our party used too much at once” and suggestion to have party of 7 space showers every half hour to accommodate insufficient water heater size. Although immediately responsive with txt messages, service calls, our vacation schedule was affected by the water situation. Compensation for this was not offered.

The Luxe Maui Property was well thought out. Being a vacation rental owner myself I know how hard it is to think of everything the guest might need. You nailed it. From the lawn chairs to the boogey boards and all the amenities in the unit. Our family had plenty of beds and room to move about. The unit has spectacular views of the ocean where we were able to see whales breach the water's surface. Saw many sea turtles feeding on the algae on the rocks it the water's edge. Location was perfect with easy access to various beaches and events. A delightful vacation property. Thank you

Luxe Maui Properties were very responsive to questions and requests. Location is a quiet village, walkable to a few restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to a great beach for swimming and walking. The central location on the island is perfect for drives to other areas, and a quick trip to and from the airport. Condo grounds are well kept. Community grills are clean. This condo is ground level within the fenced swimming pool area with lounge chairs. Easy access to pool. Area is communal but never too busy or noisy. We had our own chairs and table on the patio - sunny mornings and shady afternoons were perfect. Patio also provides shelter from wind on days the wind blew. Other reviews about the AC are not wrong. It was noisy the first couple days and the living room unit would not go back on at one point. Host was responsive to our concerns. After we reset the unit it worked great the remainder of our stay.

We were very pleased with the location. The grounds were adjacent to the common pool area, however, the location made it seem you had your own private oasis. The master bedroom was very nice with a walk in bathroom. Loved the shower. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all the tools needed to cook for the family. Communication was excellent. Felt as if there were any problems, they could be addressed quickly.

The condo was lovely- 1st floor, steps away from the pool and a few more steps to the ocean and so many turtles!

Cyndee left the home very clean, and followed all of our house rules. Welcome back anytime!

Our stay with a group of 8 was good. Location is great for visiting all parts of the island. Pool is fun right outside the unit and by the ocean. Only issues were a broken AC in one of the bedrooms. A temp AC was in place but it was very loud and didn’t cool the room very well. Other issue was we couldn’t locate the room because we weren’t given the actual room number until I messaged them and said we couldn’t find it. Prior to that reply we only had the building address.

Host very responsive. Place was very clean, comfortable and everything you need is there. Mahalo

Great location to visit the island. In the middle of everything! Lots of turtles to see right from the backyard!

Large AirBnB to sleep many people. Was very nice and high end. A/C didn't work in master bedroom and property manager simply told us to flip the breaker to fix it multiple nights in a row it was not working and I slept on the couch because the room was too hot.

Nous avons adoré cet appartement qui ressemble quasiment à une maison. Il bénéficie à notre avis du meilleur emplacement de la résidence. Depuis la terrasse, nous avions une vue incroyable sur la mer avec chaque jour plusieurs tortues qui nageaient juste sous nos yeux. En prolongement de la terrasse privative, l’herbe avec des transats mis à disposition autour de la piscine donnait l’impression d’un espace privatif beaucoup plus important. L’intérieur de l’appartement était joliment meublé et très bien agencé. Enfin, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de l’agence suite à notre remarque sur l’usure des poêles mises à disposition : moins de 24 heures après notre remarque, deux nouvelles poêles étaient mises à notre disposition.

This is the perfect location for anyone considering scuba diving/snorkeling during their trip. My husband and I walked to the dive boat (Maalea Harbor) every morning, while my mom walked the kids to the aquarium or Haycraft Park, a calm sandy and shady beach. The condo was a great size for our group of 3 adults and two kids, and we cooked dinner every night in the well-stocked kitchen. The pool is always shaded, and it was nice to have it so close. We loved seeing the sea turtles who visit the property every afternoon! Overall a magical stay.

First, the property host was very responsive and attentive, the condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful property and we were able to sit outside and watch the most beautiful sunrises and turtles swimming by. Parking was easy and available. We really loved our stay Only downside, we did have issues with a couple tenants and the property maintenance worker. They were very aggressive and threatening. We contacted the property host and they immediately stepped in and addressed the situation . The property host stopped by to visit with us to apologize and even brought us a lovely box of cookies.

We LOVED being on the water and the pool was right outside our patio doors. Costco & Walmart were only 15 minutes away. It was very private being at the end of the building. The beach is only a short distance to walk. It is an extremely windy area though! Our only negative experience was that the unit above us was very loud & up all night so 4 of our party of 7 had little to no sleep those 3 days. We notified Ivan the online property manager who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the property management did nothing to help with the situation and it was very disappointing since they actually own the unit above us. Police visited the unit but they still were RUDE! All & All, we had a GREAT time!!!

Loved being right by the ocean and seeing turtles everyday. The location is central so worked out great.

It was a wonderful place to stay! My family and I had the best vacation. Watching the turtles every night just so close to the Condo was a highlight of our trip. I would definitely stay there again!

I don't even know where to begin. This property that we stayed at was probably the best Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed at. This place had everything you can ever think you need and even more. I'm talking. They even provided like 7 or 8 beach chairs and a beach Umbrella. a cooler for us to be able to take on our beach trips with food in it, they had ice packs, anything you can think of to cook and bake! This house was better stocked than my own house! lol And the location was just beyond amazing. The view was beautiful!!! And every evening the turtles would come up to the shore where our condo was at!!!! it even had steps that led into the water. I mean, I was mind blown by this place!!! it was worth every penny!! the description was very accurate! and it was such a clean place. They also provided us with a full laundry detergent. it really made our experience so comfortable in maui, and it was so close to the airport and to the walmart and the costco! 10/10! loved this place!

The location was great and central to Maui. Easy access to all the major road ways. The only downside was the grounds staff started watering and making noises at 7am. Early start and hard to relax. The other downside was we asked to arrive a bit earlier like 20 mins. The door code wouldn’t work till exact check in and the staff wasn’t willing to unlock it 20 mins early. Other than that the place was clean.

The place was just beautiful. So well appointed. All amenities you could need. I cannot stress enough how clean the place was. I would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo 🌈🌺

Excellent logement en face de l’océan pour des réveils au lever de soleil comme au paradis. Parfait pour un grand groupe nous étions 7 personnes. Aménagement luxueux et comfortable. Je recommande fortement! L’hôte nous a laissé un petit cadeaux de bienvenue et a été réactif aux messages. Les instructions étaient très détaillées.

Great ocean view stay! We couldn’t have picked a better accommodation for our family vacation in Maui! Overlooking the ocean, with the pool out front while still having privacy, we absolutely loved it!! 12/10 recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was a perfect location for a family including two young children. The sliding doors opening onto the grassy area was great for the kids to play! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. A short walk to some local shops and a short drive to Kihei. The condo being stocked with a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys was great as well. The host was very responsive and they were friendly and helpful onsite as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the listing met our expectations. Host was communicative and friendly. Location of the property was good and close to attractions on the island. The house could have been cleaner - especially the curtains in the rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. We also couldn’t check in to the property until 4:45pm due to the cleaning. Still, overall good value for money.

Family Vacation The condo was nice and clean and has 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. However, unit is on the smaller side with smaller scale furniture and not enough places for everyone to sit comfortably to relax inside. Condo is very well stocked and everything in working order. The only con is the very unfriendly groundskeeper in the morning. There is absolutely no sitting at the pool before 9 am and he wouldn’t even let us have our chairs on the grass area before 9 am. Very very rude in his approach to guests. I don’t think we will stay in the Maalaea area again…we prefer to be on a sand beach and have more restaurant choices and activities close by.

Great place right by the pool, five minute walk from a calm beach, and ten minute walk from a larger beach. Also ten minute walk from the harbor where multiple boating expeditions take off from. The place itself was very nice and clean.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo!! Beautifully updated and comfortable furnishings! The views were stunning, the location was perfect, and we appreciated the large grassy area and pool. It was also great to have a smoothie/espresso truck nearby and the beach within walking distance. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Only minor downsides: we couldn’t use the pool or grass until 9 am, which was tough with early-rising kids. the beds in the bunk room weren’t very comfortable for adults… maybe would be ok for kids Overall, a wonderful experience!

This Airbnb is like a little piece of heaven. The view is beyond belief and best of all we saw many (8-10) large sea turtles just outside the fence at the stairs to the ocean. It was awesome. The turtles came every afternoon around 4:00pm. The condo is perfect for up to 8 people. It has been thoughtfully and generously supplied with spices and every cooking amenity you could need. The handicapped accessible shower in the master bedroom is wonderful for those needing extra room while showering. The area outside the living area is meticulously maintained and it’s a pleasure to relax on the lawn and watch the waves come crashing in. The pool is also only steps away. This Airbnb was perfect for our vacation and I would choose to stay here again should we return to Maui.

Property was very central to all the restaurants, airport, beaches and stores. The sliding glass door opens up to grass that you can walk right across to see the ocean. Felt very safe. Great place to spend a week on Maui.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay for! The ocean view from the back patio was breathtaking, and the pool was a hit with the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the warmer days. The place was incredibly clean and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the aquarium and harbor. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had no issues at all during our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Maui.

Wonderful family accommodations! We stayed here for 2 weeks with 4 adults and 3 children - it was the perfect spot! Lovely updates to the condo, ground level within the fence of the pool and w/in 30 minutes of anything you want to do on the Island. It’s in a quieter area within walking distance to the Maalaea Harbor making it the ideal area to land once your busy day has ended with an added surprise of turtles everywhere - We would definitely come back!

Hawaii May 2024 Very quiet complex. Parking is good. The check in and check out process are very smooth and efficient. This property is about a 20-30 minute drive from most areas on Maui. Beautiful view from the unit.
