We will cherish our memories from this trip for a lifetime. The sunsets from the patio, the uncrowded beach, and the cozy beds and well stocked kitchen. Thanks so much for making Maui even more special.

This was a beautiful place to stay! From the nicely decorated condo to the amazing view from the balcony, it was excellent! Both bedroom had very comfortable beds/linens, the A/C worked great, WiFi was spot on, etc. Charley Young beach was about 20 ft feet from the condo, making it convenient and easy to access. The lanai was stocked with simple beach toys and snorkel gear + plenty of towels! We mostly ate at the food truck area, just a few minutes away and also enjoyed MisoPhat directly across the property. Kitchen had olive oil and salt and pepper to cook with - just make sure to bring condiments. The bathrooms were both nice - my pro tip would be to bring your own shampoo/conditioner - although they did supply some of an unknown brand. This place was a 10/10 - would highly recommend it!

Perfect for a family of four. Location was ideal, close to everything, both walking and driving options. Beachfront was the way to go, also liked being on the second floor, better view and more private. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. This is the perfect spot for beach lovers. Direct walking access to the ocean for a swim in minutes. Charley Young is beautiful from sitting on the lanai before sunrise or watching sunset on the beach. No need to even visit another beach, if we didn't want to. For those who want to avoid driving as much as possible, restaurants and grocery stores also in walking distance. The condo was clean and well supplied. Great space for 4 adults. The living room couch and beds were comfortable. We used the grill one night for dinner. The property manager was very responsive. When we arrived, we could not open the lock box. The manager quickly addressed the problem after we called and followed up later to make sure we were okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our Maui vacation and the condo played a huge part of our experience. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at this villa ! The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you’d need, plates, toaster oven, even a blender! You have views of the beautiful ocean, and can even hear the waves, which is so peaceful and serene. The beds were super comfy, and the AC is super strong. We enjoyed going to big beach, which is only 15 mins away. The best part is the location hands down, we woke up everyday and went to the gym near by, it’s called ‘power house gym’ It’s so big, and there’s so many grocery stores and little shops near by. We loved having free parking, and having beach chairs available for use. We would stay again, and highly recommend booking! When you leave at night make sure to close the doors quick because bugs can get in, we kept the outdoor lights off and it deterred most of them away! This was my first time in Maui and we want to move here now!! 10/10 recommend.

Visited with 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the location, right on the beach. The condo was clean, quiet and fully equipped with all that’s needed for a comfortable stay. The views were amazing and the sounds of the ocean very relaxing. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location! Broad ocean views and on the beach side of the road (rare in Kihei). Steps from the surf. Nice functional kitchen and family room. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai for breakfast and sunset. You can walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you like to stay somewhere that is in the community and walkable instead of a mega-development, this is a top pick. When we are able to get back to Maui, we will stay again.

Private property away from the crowds. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. We saw 3 turtles and fish snorkeling at the beach outside the property. After our Kihei vacation, my wife wants to return and buy property. Thank you for making us feel like a local during our stay.

Truly a wonderful experience all around with Luxe Maui. Check-in was great, they communicated perfectly, and the condo was better than advertised. Thoughtful gestures throughout the condo; coffee, pool floats, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and ample towels and wash rags for showers. Supplies like soaps, dishwashing soap, fresh sponges, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and glassware were in abundance. Wonderful lighting and strong AC helped take the experience to the next level. Master bed was comfy and the TVs had all of the apps and local channels needed to fill the little downtime we had. The view from the condo is breathtaking and being steps away from beach was unforgettable. Ten out of ten. Thank you, team. Will be booking again.

You could not ask for a better location. The minute you walk out of your bedroom door you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance from some amazing restaurants, food trucks, small grocery store & snorkeling/skim board rentals. It was also a central location for other activities on the Island. The nightly sunsets are truly spectacular. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this Kīhei apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exactly what you hope for when booking a place on Maui. The layout was wonderful, and the space had everything we needed for a stress-free trip. The air conditioning worked well, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the kitchen had the essentials for quick breakfasts before heading out to explore the island. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. You’re right on the beach, a quick walk to great food options (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and only a few minutes’ drive from the rest of the South Maui spots we loved exploring. Having dedicated parking on-site was also a big plus helping to make the entire trip low stress and relaxing.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was with the check-in. We asked about the possibility of early check-in because our flight arrived late morning. They said to check with them upon arrival, which we did. Check in was 4 pm and we arrived at the unit at 2 pm for an 8 day stay. The place had already been cleaned but they would not let us in early. They should have stated that in the first place.

Love the location of this condo, walkable to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants and the location right on the beach is hard to beat! Would totally recommend!

The condo is very quiet and peaceful, only 12 units. There is a gate to get to the beach which is mere steps away! It is well equipped although I feel they like there needs to be some Tupperware to store leftovers ( first world problems). I would’ve liked to have actual terry cloth beach towels provided, esp at this price point ( they provide ‘towels’ which are several layers of sheet material thick and while ok for wiping off not what I was expecting). I loved the location; there is only one parking spot, so we ended up parking our second car in the hotel parking lot across the street. They provide two coolers and plenty of beach chairs/toys. The property management team is very responsive, but their responses are AI generated, so they sound somewhat generic and formulaic. ( just something I noticed). Also, everything is posted clearly in the condo, so don’t be like me and ask for the gate code when it is labeled on the back of the front door! The sofa bed was difficult to extend and needs to be jerked up to get it all the way out. I told management this so they are aware. Overall I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! I loved every minute of my stay and would highly recommend!! Very peaceful and the beach wasn’t packed.

Great Time in Kihei Incredible place, incredible location! We were in Kihei as part of a larger group celebrating my brother getting married (family members stayed in 8 of the remaining 11 locations at this site}. We all had a blast. Hosts were quickly responsive when I had questions. The beach is right outside and the condo was nice and comfortable. Would definitely return in the future.

What can I say . . . there’s nothing like waking up steps away from the beach, sipping your coffee, then ending your day listening to the waves while the sun drops below the horizon. Tons of shopping and amazing restaurants within walking distance (even one of our faves Miso Phat opening soon right across the street). There’s also a Foodland nearby for groceries and, of course, a magnificent poke counter! The host was super friendly, helpful, and proactively communicative. The unit was clean and cozy, and the complex is small which makes it quiet and private. Beach chairs, umbrella, and even some snorkel gear provided. Wonderful stay in Kihei! ❤️

Our kind of heaven For us, this is the perfect Hawaii home!A newly renovated and clean space with all the modern conveniences, (the A/C in particular was appreciated! IYKYK). We could easily walk to all the local Kihei joints, and of course, THAT VIEW! That daily BEACH access?! Are you kidding!? The hosts are proactive communicators and always immediately responsive, which is so nice. The building is quiet and well cared for.We have stayed in other short term rentals on Maui, and this one by far, is our favorite.We are already planning our return. Mahalo and enjoy.

Right on the beach cannot beat the location. Private access. Public beach. Close to everything Local cafes and food trucks.

I loved being right on the beach. I also enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the ocean and listening to the waves.

Excellent Location - Amenities Could Use Some Help This condo in Kihei was in a wonderful location with easy access to Charley Young Beach. The property had an outdoor shower off the beach which was convenient for rinsing after playing in the ocean and on the beach. The place was clean and modern and a good fit for 3 adults and a toddler. My only complaints are that the stove had a broken knob, the dishwasher kept sending coffee grounds all over our clean dishes (we did not put coffee grounds in the dishwasher), and the provided beach chairs and toys were mostly broken. A refresh on the chairs and toys would be a big upgrade, and some included boogie boards.The complex does not have a pool like other nearby complexes. Washer and dryer are included in the unit.

The most perfect place for our family of 5 to spend spring break! Being right on the beach was our favorite part. The sunsets were incredible and the kids loved to run down and swim first thing in the morning. We really enjoyed being walking distance to so many great shops, coffee, surfing lessons, the food trucks at South Maui Gardens…the list goes on! The home is clean, well appointed and all of the beds, including the pull out couch, were extremely comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

The fridge did not work, they offered mini fridge but didn’t drop it off instead they gave me cooler n ice. I like their laundry soap

We had a fantastic stay—this place was perfect for our family of four, including two teenage boys. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. One of the biggest perks was the easy access to Charley Young Beach—just right off the lanai, and absolutely beautiful! The location in Kihei couldn’t have been better. We walked to the Kihei Food Oasis, Kihei Kalama Village for shopping, and lots of other local spots. It made exploring super easy and fun without having to drive everywhere. The host was incredibly thoughtful and let us know ahead of time that a handyman would be stopping by for a quick fix. That actually turned into a fun little bonus—he was super friendly, and we ended up having a great chat with him. He shared some awesome local tips that made our trip even better. Highly recommend this spot—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming!

Great location - we left a beach umbrella to pass along to the next guests. We liked everything only note - if you like thick beach towels bring your own - the ones here are more shammy type which of course speeds up laundry process. It was a great stay - highly recommended

We spent 6 nights in this condo (family of 4) and it was a perfect launching pad for our time in Maui. You could not be closer to a beach, and a really incredible beach! The house was equipped with beach towels and chairs (we rented boogie boards and an umbrella really cheap from a great snorkel shop near the ABC market down the street). So much is walkable from here including the food trucks at South Maui Gardens. The kitchen seemed really well equipped, although we didn’t really cook much. I really can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Location location location. The beach is so close. Kids were able to boogie board, swim and play in the sand. Our whole family enjoyed the sunsets. When the kids were asleep my wife and hung out on the back patio listening to the waves. Each one of us enjoyed our stay.

On the water is the way to go and this property did not disappoint. The beach wasn’t crowded and the sand was really soft. Since our unit faced west we watched beautiful sunsets every evening. I will be booking this unit again if it’s available

Positive: Amazing location.

The location is excellent. It is right on the beach and conveniently located to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bathrooms are a bit awkward but other than that, it was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of beach chairs and equipment which enhanced our visit.

Kihei Holiday Wonderful! Amazing condo! Great location-we loved being in the end unit just steps to the beach. Sitting on the lanai watching whales breaching and then the breathtaking sunsets. Very well appointed and very comfortable. It was great having soaps and shampoo available and everything you need for the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

This accommodation was in a great location. So many great restaurants within walking distance. The food truck park was really good. Beach was beautiful and right out your door. The provided beachchairs and umbrellas were so nice to have. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great property. We had some issues with the power, but the host was able to get an electrician there to fix it promptly. Be cautious of the amenities advertised. It seems whomever does the marketing has selected most amenities that Airbnb offers. However there were several that were not on the property. Hopefully they make the adjustments to the listing.

The best place to walk right onto a beautiful beach with barely any waves. Perfect for little kids. The views were amazing
