Pro’s - Nice layout for a family, well-kept, convenient location next to pool, nicely stocked kitchen and very nice assortment of pool toys and beach amenities, very good A/C in master bedroom. Con’s - A/C unit for main living area is getting very old and absolutely could not keep up with the heat, making it difficult to hang out in this room. Also the ceiling fan in smaller bedroom did nothing to combat heat, so two of three rooms were not comfortable during most of stay. We bought an additional tower fan to help in the main room, but it only helped slightly. Also, it is across from the beach as advertised, but this stretch of beach was not as desirable and this stretch of Kihei is more rundown and less convenient compared to other parts. We also could not get the correct pool code for the first two days of our visit, which was a drawback. Overall - the condo itself is a well-maintained property and has a nice layout for a family. But we will likely stay elsewhere next time.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the beach, making it very convenient to explore the area. The place was generally clean and comfortable, and host was very responsive. There were a couple of minor downsides. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and check-in wasn’t very flexible, which made arrival a little less convenient. Aside from those, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great location near the beach.

Was able to get this apartment at the last minute for a family event and was pleasantly surprised! The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay. It was wonderful to be able to walk across the street to the beach and be able to let our 11 month old play in the sand. We also loved the condo's proximity to the pool.

We had a wonderful stay in Kihei. The accommodations were great. The host was very responsive. Check in was seamless. As was check out. We liked being across the street from sunsets and in walking distance to coffee shop.

Not our favorite stay - decent. This unit is very close to the road and there is a gap in the bushes so would be wary for young toddlers. Also, it was difficult to get a response from the management when the owners closet was left open with multiple hazardous items. First line communication seems to be AI unfortunately. Pool was great. Location is fine - not really walkable to much. But short drive to everything in Kihei

The corner unit was ideal. The landscapers coming at 7am not so much. Pool was ok but adults do not supervise their children. Nice to have laundry.

Outstanding location, breathtaking views while relaxing and having coffee in the morning. Thoughtful touches throughout. Pool feet away, private corner unit. Great air conditioning for comfortable nights.

The place looks as shown on the pictures. No surprises, very quick check in process. The staff keeps you informed as per process described in the manuals when you complete reservation. When you get to the apartment you find instructions what to do including which parking lot is assigned to your car. After few minutes you are all set up, and can start enjoying your stay. Beach located just across the road, recommendations on the wall: where to go for the best coffee, shopping, restaurants. Really, someone spent some time and did a great job to provide you with all the useful information. A location in the middle of the island, so you more or less have the same distance to drive to east, west and north part of the island. The perfect starting point for active people, who really want to see all what the island has to offer. We had a great time. Strongly recommend Luxe Maui Properties - they did a good job to make us feel on vacation. Thank You.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with my partner's brother and his family. The check-in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and our host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our visit. The space was spotlessly clean and very welcoming for our group. The location is absolutely unbeatable - right across from the beach with stunning sunset views. We were even lucky enough to see whales breaching from the property! It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, with plenty of space for the kiddo to play safely. Just a note: there's A/C in one bedroom and the living room, but we found the January temperatures to be comfortable even in the other rooms. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with family.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return here next time we’re on Maui. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and they have done a great job making it comfortable and easy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The 5th person stayed in the living room on the air mattress which was also very comfortable. It’s less than a minute to walk across the street to the beach, and a short walk north to Ululani’s Shave Ice, a local farmers market, and the Sugar Beach Bakery - all of which are recommended. Super helpful tips from the host. Nice pool and spa right out the door, which we enjoyed every night. \n\nThe A/C units are loud, which actually is a good thing because you don’t hear road noise and can sleep very restfully. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. \n\nOverall, it’s a very comfortable stay. Nice furniture and appliances make you feel right at home.

Loved out stay at this Kihei property. Waking up with the ocean in view from the living room was so relaxing and beautiful. A very short walk to the beach in morning, coffee in hand, was the perfect way to start each day. It is central to almost everything and made getting around a breeze. Check-in was simple and we had all the accommodations we could ask for. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Maui.

We adored this home! If i could add a photo of the sunset ocean pics i took STEPS from the condo i would! Clean home, AC is on point, kitchen has some spices and enough cookware to make full meals. Beds were comfy, so was the sectional couch , perfect for evening familiy time . Would absolutely stay here again. Lucked out with beach toys and a life jacket for my toddler. Thank u for an amazing stay!

I had a great stay at Luxe Maui Properties. The space was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and easy, and everything I needed was provided. I will say Google Maps took me to the wrong location, but when we input in Apple Maps, it worked perfectly fine. Trust your instinct on that one- its the road next to the beach lol. The location made it simple to enjoy Maui, and I appreciated the small touches that made the stay feel welcoming. The home is next to a road (as noted in the description), so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be the best fit, but overall it was a positive experience and I’d recommend it.

The location is great, steps from the beach where we enjoyed the nice sunset and some peaceful moments. It is close to restaurants, shops and so on. Nice and clean place. The beach toys are so nice add-on. We used them for our beach visit! Great place to stay!

A great location, just conveniently located next to the beach and next to the pool. All the beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked, location was very close to stores and restaurants, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—centrally located and close to all the major landmarks. One of our favorite parts of the trip was our morning walks to Sugar beach bakery—such a treat! Try the Coconut cake with pineapple filling! We also really appreciated the recommendation board in the home. It was super helpful and gave us great ideas for things to do and places to eat. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making sure guests feel welcomed and at home. Thank you for checking in with us during our stay—it really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Mahalo! We enjoyed stayed Luxe Maui Property. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Kids was very happy to feed wild chickens every morning. Beach are beautiful.

Highly recommended! Our family spent great days in Luxe Maui, the property is clean and beautiful, the location is perfect too, within 20 mins, there're restaurant, shave ice, Cafe, food truck and even nice beach, super convenience!

our stay was truly magical and we felt just at home. communication with the luxe management was great and they were always responsive. the open space is amazing, and you are literally steps away from the beach and pool!

We stayed 4 nights.This is a ground-level condo that's perfect for travelers with small children. Location: Beach is steps from the lanai.Its great for morning walks or watching the sunset although you'll probably save long beach days for other areas of Kihei/greater Maui. It's a short driving distance to some island favorites... Ululani's, Sugar Beach, and Nalu's well as a Longs Drugstore (general items) and Foodland (grocery + hawaiian fare).Some car noise due to road proximity but it didn't bother us in the least. Amenities: Kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make meals.Bathroom was spotless with a second vanity and washer/dryer as you exit.Rooms were well stocked with extra linens and towels. AC units are located in the living room and master bedroom.The spare bedroom did not have AC but it was totally manageable.Beach gear was in great condition, including snorkeling gear.Pool was very well kept.Overall, we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Place was just as described in description and photos. Easy check in and out. Host was very communicative. My only little complaint would be the bathroom shower, there’s no door which is fine but it floods the bathroom floor and soaks the bath mat, kept having to mop up the floor and air out the bath mat each day, Loved having the beach amenities and a board of suggestions of places to eat and things to do! It was nice having an ample amount of beach towels! It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo as well. The condo was perfect for our stay! A/C worked well. Finding the place and parking was easy! Never heard neighbors. There is traffic noise from the road once the AC is off at night but we were usually pretty tired and mainly heard it in the early mornings. Place was clean when we arrived it was a great space for our family of 5. Great experience over all!

The place was great. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had essentials and some coffee. Bathroom shower was very leaky due to the door design but it wasn’t too much trouble. Lots of towels and beach gear! Would stay again.

Such a wonderful spot, cozy, well equipped with all the essentials you could need and more for a trip! Lovely comfy beds, towels galore, washer dryer and the ocean literally across the street. Our baby monitor worked even across the street so we we could watch the sunset while the baby slept. Only drawback was the double room didn’t have an air conditioner unit so it was a lil warmer in there and the hot tub was out of service for the property. Besides that it was literally perfect for our family of 4 for a getaway after a tumultuous year, so grateful

Really enjoyed our stay here! I love how close it was to the beach, making it easy to go on a quick walk in the morning or go to the beach and head home for kids nap time. I really enjoyed the beach toys and snorkeling stuff etc they had too! Plenty of towels which was nice! Great kitchen!

PROCEED W/ CAUTION! Positives: -On site manager is helpful and kind -Stocked w/ beach toys/chairs/umbrellas & cooler Negatives: -Horrible smell of feces coming from shower drain during our stay. The smell was so strong that even w/ the primary bedroom's door closed we could smell it -Bugs in the bathroom upon arrival, multiplied into dozens during stay. Eventually ended up in primary bedroom & on bed -2nd bedroom: unless the door was left all the way open, was 80 degrees all night during late December- no AC -Noise from street is BAD. 6 out of 10 cars have LOUD sound systems. Many cars have loud exhaust &/or large tires. Sleeping is impossible! -Mold in bathroom- open shower (no shower door) & water damages the wall and molding- no way for it to ever dry completely w/ humid climate -Fridge doesn't close properly- doesn't keep food cold enough Luxe Maui Properties refused to issue any kind of refund for the smell & bug problem. We are SO disappointed! Greedy & crooked! Avoid them!
